Cable companies have a bad rep. But I must say that @GetSpectrum takes things to a new level. The amount of time & money I’ve wasted on these guys during the covid 19 pandemic- is incalculable. The list of issues is astounding in terms of quantity and variety.Consistently awful.

@Ask_Spectrum Service in Brooklyn has now been out for over 48 hours. What could possibly be responsible for such a catastrophic failure? We’ve had no hurricane.If this persists into Monday I will be unable to complete my work and it will be disastrous.

@GetSpectrum why does a tech need to come over to do an installation If I already did the self installation of the phone and internet modem. Spectrum Customer rep has no idea why Spectrum needs to come to my house so I can have my phone number ported over to Spectrum.

So @Ask_Spectrum chooses to not only not empower its customers with data but also to not empower its customer service reps as they cannot contact the department doing the repairs. So failure and frustration is baked into their communications policy. Sad and blind.

@Ask_Spectrum My internet didn’t go down until AFTER it was back above freezing. That was two days ago. No issues at all while everything was iced over. Stop making excuses and get it fixed. Some of us are still working remotely! I bet we don’t even see a credit on our bills.

Then we received the much hoped for robo call from @Ask_Spectrum saying the outage was fixed. A flurry of rebooting but no luck so we reached out again. That was sent in error said the customer service rep who offered no new information.
